Thai Style Claypot Vermicelli With Big Prawns ($20)
This is one of their signature dishes. This claypot vermicelli dish, unfortunately couldn’t come with claypot, is tasty and packed with rich umami flavours! Though not as garlicky and peppery as we will prefer, this is certainly still a very good dish.
The prawns were huge though, damn shiok!
They have moist, medium-firm flesh and a rich flavour. The head of the prawn, of course, is filled with those buttery delicious keratin. Pair it with the vermicelli, 10/10!
Thai Grilled Pork Skewers (Moo Ping)
This is a popular Thai street food that you can easily find in every market in Thailand. Chiang Mai Kitchen did a good job for this dish, highly recommended!
